Absolute Nightmare: Zero Communication & Unacceptable Delays! 😡


Let me warn you about my terrible online shopping experience. It's truly the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I sent a dozen emails to them and had ZERO response, which left me feeling utterly ignored and frustrated. Don't waste your time with this company, go somewhere else! The fact that it took 11 days to process my order, with the USPS label printed on April 6th but not delivered to USPS until April 11th, is just unreasonable. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because all I asked was that they answer my email.

Customer: I'm calling about my order, and I'm beyond frustrated. I’ve sent a dozen emails and had absolutely no response. This is the worst customer service ever! CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear you've had this experience. That sounds incredibly frustrating, and I understand why you're upset. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: My order number is [ORDER NUMBER]. It’s taken 11 days to process, and the USPS label was printed on April 6th, but it wasn’t even delivered to USPS until April 11th. I just want to know what’s going on and why no one replied to my emails. CS Rep: Thank you for that information. I see the significant delay in processing and shipping, and I sincerely apologize for both that and our complete failure to respond to your emails. That's unacceptable. I'm escalating this immediately to our shipping team to investigate the delay and will personally ensure you receive a comprehensive update within 24 hours. Customer: An update is a start, but honestly, I wish I had just used someone else. I need this resolved, and I need actual communication. CS Rep: I completely understand. As an apology for this unacceptable experience, we will fully refund your shipping fees, and I will personally monitor the escalation of your order until it's delivered.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
